We are not just crystals!
A Story About Us
Way back in the year 1998, Greg Cohen (our illustrious founder and CEO of Greg’s Showcase) and Sandy Cee (yours truly) moved into a small but spacious shop at Glenfield in Sydney’s southwestern suburbs. It was right next to the local railway station and on the bus route between Liverpool and Campbelltown. But there was a change in the air. The new millennium was coming, and sunspots and computer reactions to such, so that it would cause chaos throughout the global economy, troubled the world. Something had to be done!
But what?
Sandy often went for a walk around the local area to clear the cobwebs away. It was during one of these walks that she had an epiphany. She saw the shop and therefore the business moving in a different direction from here on in and saw the name of Gems N Jewels over the shop. Of course, this was merely a vision, but it stuck. She raced back to the shop and told Greg about it, who was very excited and made sure that Sandy took immediate action. The next day, Gems N Jewells was born!
(Ahh,, you noticed the double ll at the end? This was Greg’s idea, and as he was the CEO, his word was law!) The rest is history.
